Manayunk Brewing Company: A Trendy Brewery Experience in Philadelphia

Went last night and had Abigail as our server. The food was delicious and she was an awesome server. She made sure we all had drinks right when we arrived and made sure they were always full. She was patient with us and checked on us although out the meal. 10/10 on service and food. We had the buffalo chicken dip, truffle fries and the traditional flatbread and all was so good!

Relaxing atmosphere with views of the river. Went here with a group 14 people and were able to sit right down no problem outside. The menu is small enough that it’s not overwhelming, but still has plenty of different options and even a full sushi menu that I almost missed. They had some really good mixed drinks, although I do not recommend the fuzzball. That was the only item I was disappointed by. Otherwise, they had a great aesthetic, surprisingly great playlist, friendly staff, and created a great time for our group. Will definitely visit again.

First time eating here for my bestfriends birthday, Feb 13th they had a valentines menu (additinal to regular menu) and we tried the champagne kissed salmon, the "surf and turf" and a few pieces from the sushi menu (not pictured). The staff was very friendly and attentive, the place was clean with welcoming environment. The dishes were phenomenal. The sushi was so fresh from the fish down to the rice and seaweed, the salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly and it was my first time trying risotto (w salmon) and the sauce was really good and cooked really well. My friend ordered the steak, cooked well with flattened potatoes. I could not recommend a better place with such a wide variety. 10/10. Definitely coming back. Compliments to the chef and staff!

LOVE(D) THE BREWING CO UNTIL THEY REMOVED THE FISH TACOS!!!!!! WHO WOULD RATHER A GRILLED CHEESE THAN FISH TACOS??????? IM SO DISAPPOINTED AND SAD TODAY I THOUGHT ABOUT THEM ALL DAY. WE ORDERED AND THE WAITRESS CAME BACK TO TELL ME SHE GAVE US AN OLD MENU AND THE TACOS WERE GONE. THE FISH AND SHRIMP TACOS WERE REPLACED BY “BOURBON BBQ MEATLOAF” and “EGGPLANT PARMESEAN” GRILLED CHEESES. WHO WOULD EVER ORDER THAT??????? YOUVE GOTTA BE KIDDIN MEEEEEE

Manayunk Brewing Company is located perfectly on the river and provides a wide range of food. Sushi, truffle fires, mac and cheese burger, and much more. The spa lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Manayunk is in a walkable shopping area with street parking. Outside sitting by the river was perfect and the service was pleasant.

Food and drinks were ok, the service also was good, although I was a little disappointed that after the waitress gave us time to see the menu, what I chose wasn’t available. I think they should let you know in advance what it’s available and what’s not when they give you the menu. The place has a nice view.

Hosted our staff holiday party here last year, but went to the restaurant part for the first time the other day to eat while watching the game. We sat at the outdoor bar, which wasn't really crowded so we found a seat easily. It's pretty spacious out there with traditional tables, the bar and some high tops as seating options. Bartender automatically came over to greet us and see what we would want for drinks. They had a fall drink menu, so I tried the mule that was on that list, which I liked! Still had the fizz and taste of a mule but the hint of cinnamon and other fall-based ingredients did make it feel a bit more seasonal. The food was good too. I was originally going to try the Nashville chicken sandwich but, based on recommendations from the bartender, I went with the Buffalo Chicken flatbread instead. It was served hot, fresh and a good size portion. The taste was there and good distribution of chicken throughout the entire flatbread. I took a bit of his entree (the burger) which was cooked well, tasty and also a good size portion. Cool, chill spot with some good bar food options. Will be back again.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is always super friendly. Food is always really solid, and the variety is pretty wide. Great beer selection, with options you don’t see at other restaurants. The on-site sushi staff does a fantastic job of crafting their rolls! Overall I have never been dissatisfied with a visit here.
